Inspired by Mrs Butler’s Lego challenge cards the class have enjoyed using various building materials to build scenes, structures, machines and inventions! We have used skills in science, technology, engineering and maths to build our creations and can explain what each of our creations is for and why it is useful. Many of the children were inspired by our class novel “the night we got stuck in a story” by Ben Miller and some were inspired by nature, movies and games too. We hope to continue using STEM to help us learn and be creative in our Scots Month focus.
