P4 have been learning about seasonal produce that is grown in Scotland and designed their own recipes. In class we made a smoothie made with seasonal berries, apple juice and yogurt – it was very messy but delicious! We called it “The Exploding Volcano Purple Smoothie!” 

One of our local Young Farmers came into class to talk to us about farming in Scotland. It was very interesting and he answered a lot of questions!
