This week in Primary 1 we have been connecting with other people in our village in West Linton as we begin our focus on Our Community.

We visited the Guid Blethers social group to share our Scottish poems and songs and to have a blether with the older members of our community. Some of even saw our Grannies there.

On Friday, we invited our parents and carers in to our classroom to showcase all we had been learning about Scotland and Scottish culture. We had a lot of fun singing, dancing and sharing the shortbread we had made. We had so much fun!
